How it Works
Disclaimer
- Plan Coverage: This plan includes services for a sponsor, a spouse, and up to two dependent children, ensuring a comprehensive family approach.
- CICC Standard Service Agreement: All services under this plan are covered by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) standard service agreement, ensuring professionalism and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Initial Steps Post-Payment: Upon fee payment, our team will arrange your initial consultation with one of our RCICs. This consultation is essential for assessing your eligibility and discussing the way forward.
- Eligibility and Alternatives: If deemed eligible, the RCIC will proceed with the Service Agreement to start your application process. In case of ineligibility for the selected program, the consultant will suggest alternative options or advise on improving your profile.
- Financial Security and Reimbursement Policy: Your fees will be securely held in the company's Trust Account. If your profile is found ineligible for the program after the initial consultation, you are entitled to a refund of your payment, minus the consultation fee. This ensures peace of mind and financial security for our clients.
- Government Fees: Note that the plan fees do not include government fees, which are mentioned in the Service Agreement and collected before submission. The RCIC will pay these fees on your behalf and provide you with a receipt.
- Exclusion for Quebec Immigration: This plan does not cover the Quebec Immigration Certificate Selection process. Clients in Quebec requiring representation for Quebec immigration will receive a quote from an associate RCIC at the appropriate time.
- Rest assured, our plan is crafted to provide you with a secure and clear pathway to your immigration goals.
