We understand that you are occupied with your business, and you might not have enough time and knowledge to apply for an LMIA yourself. Therefore VisaCake's Full Representation takes care of everything you need with your LMIA application.
The full representation add-on provides a full-fledge service by an RCIC. So you only need to provide us with the information and documents, and we will take care of the rest!

Requirements
This service is available without purchasing a plan! The service is only available to Canadian employers and their authorized representatives.
This service covers only one applicant. If you wish to apply for more than one employee, please select one for each.
This service covers all types of LMIA applications.
The government fees are not included in the price. You will see the breakdown of the government fees in the Retainer Agreement.
After receiving your final documents and information, it takes between 10 -15 working days (depending on the case complexity) for us to complete your process.
We will send you the completed application for verification. The service comes with unlimited revisions during the process.
The full representation requires a Retainer Agreement signed by the client.
This service includes the following:
- LMIA Application Preparation
- Submission to ESDC
The service does not cover:
- Job offer/ contract preparation
- LMIA Advertisment Management
- CAQ (Quebec only)
