Officer's Electronic Notes (GCMS Notes)
If IRCC has refused your submitted application and sent a letter of refusal, you might be interested in knowing more about the refusal reasons. Under the Access to Information Act or the Privacy Act, we can request the Electronic Notes of the Visa officer. This document helps you understand the refusal reasons in detail to resolve them for your next attempt. This service comes with 20 minutes consultation with an RCIC to interpret the note and advice you on the course of action for the next application.
